Refund Policy

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging with seals intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned — with one exception: if you experience a reaction, please contact us immediately and we’ll find a solution.

To start a return, email hello@lanermbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours.

Pack the item securely (ideally in its original packaging), attach the label, and drop it at any post office. We’ll track it from there.

Once your return arrives at our studio, we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer free exchanges. Send a photo to hello@lanermbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.

Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
